Post Walks are a phenomenal balance activity that encourage children of all ages to take easy, safe risks and become accustomed to moving their bodies in unusual ways to maintain balance.

As they practice, you can actually see them becoming more and more comfortable with the way their bodies move and balance, and with their ability to correct imbalances and recover from poor positioning.

Posts can be set at different heights and spaced in different patterns and distances depending on the age group. We've set these in child care centers, elementary and middle schools, high schools, and in community play areas.

We even put these in fitness/challenge courses!

Instructions include directions for adjusting posts for preschool as well as for school age children. Adult Post Walks can be all one tall height or vary otherwise.
