This Ring Toss, sometimes called Tiki Toss, is an unbelievably simple but challenging game that builds hand-eye coordination at all ages!
All you do is stand a little ways from the post, grab the ring attached to a hanging string, then “toss” the ring (or swing it) with the idea of catching it on the hook!
Easy Peasy, except that it’s not really — but it’s so addictive that your kids will stay there forever trying to hook the ring!
If you want to establish rules, you can. They’re pretty simple: the more times you land the ring on the hook, the more points you get, and whoever has the most points, wins! You can set whatever limit you want for the number of tosses, but typically each player gets 10 attempts to swing the ring and land it on the hook.
This can easily be a team (one or more person) game, where each person on the team gets 10 tries, and then (if you want to keep score) the first team (or individual) to reach either 11 or 21 points is the winner!
BUT with the ring just hanging there, kids will always want to try it a few times when they walk by it.
The post is long enough so you can adjust its height for kids or for adults. And the string is really easy to replace if you need to,
Because this is just a single post, you can install it almost anywhere!!
Comes as an easy to assemble kit.
